Purposes of Data Processing

Personal data is processed for the purpose of:

• providing personal training services,
• billing,
• organizational contact with the Client.

Scope of Data

Name, surname, contact details, and – with explicit consent – information regarding health status.

Legal Basis

• Art. 6 para. 1 letter b GDPR – performance of a contract
• Art. 9 para. 2 letter a GDPR – consent to process health data

Retention Period

Data is stored for the duration of the cooperation and in accordance with accounting regulations.

Rights of the Data Subject

Right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, and lodging a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).

Voluntariness of Providing Data

Providing data is voluntary but necessary for the provision of the service.
